Our hosts/hostesses are an integral part of the operations team.

Ensuring that every client is welcomed and has the complete 360 hospitality experience at our luxury salon in the Battersea Power Station development.

Our requirements:

A passion/background in hospitality/F&B
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
A high standard of personal presentation
The position is working 5 days and will include some Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients on arrival
Taking orders/making client refreshments
Delivering exceptional service
Managing reservations
Taking Payments
Booking of future appointments
