The
IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

The role requires the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Log all incidents and requests in the service desk tool and provide regular updates to the users.
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents and requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate incidents and requests to relevant teams where necessary and ensure followup action is taken.
  • Provide guidance to endusers on how to resolve technical issues

Key Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar technical support role, preferably in an IT service desk environment.
  • Good knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows and/or Mac), Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Availability to participate in an outofhours rota.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
