Description
The
IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Log all incidents and requests in the service desk tool and provide regular updates to the users.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents and requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate incidents and requests to relevant teams where necessary and ensure followup action is taken.
- Provide guidance to endusers on how to resolve technical issues
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar technical support role, preferably in an IT service desk environment.
- Good knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows and/or Mac), Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Availability to participate in an outofhours rota.
Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
