Senior Programme Consultant, learning disability and autism
The Function
The Digital Programme and Projects team are looking to strengthen their consultancy offer to clients, and in doing so is looking to grow the pre-existing resource pool and capacity.
The Programme Consultant, based primarily within them but may not be limited to a single health economy will be required to manage and deliver multiple strategically important projects; to develop effective work programme/s to enable project planning, delivery,and progress reporting; liaise with client leads and the CSU Programme Management arrangements and PMO as appropriate, to identify opportunities and prepare business cases that demonstrate improved quality and value for money.
- Have exceptional communication skills
- A strong track record of delivering clientfacing assignments
- A deep understanding of them and the digital transformation agenda
- Credible experience in managing stakeholders at senior levels of authority
- Strong Programme / Project management experience; with credible experience in managing significant programmes/projects
- Strong analytical skills: the ability to understand and translate complex requirements and translate into viable solutions
The post holder will have overall accountabilities for all assignments within the defined portfolio and be responsible for building and nurturing these strategic relationships with client organisations.
The post holder will work with clients to baseline their requirements and develop clear work packages that detail expected outcomes.
The post holder will harness and relay his/her expertise and experience and that of the wider in helping clients to shape and baseline their requirements.
The post holder will be required to support business development opportunities to identify and secure new revenue streams for them, developing client proposals as required.
