About The Role:

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure has an exciting opportunity for
a Pre-Contract Coordinator to assist with the production of pre-qualification questionnaires, tender submissions and bid presentations


What you'll be doing:


  • Format and proof reading of incoming text
  • Data input & maintain the CRM system
  • Support the ongoing development of a knowledge library
  • Update and review project case studies
  • Update and review CVs
  • Gather technical data from internal departments and operational teams such as IT, HR, Business Development and Marketing, and Finance
  • Liaise with the bid team, identify, seek and gather operational and external information ensuring consistency of style and in line with bid specification requirements.
  • Reviewing client portals
  • Collating and communicating clients' communications to the wider bid team

Administration duties will include:
- meeting bookings
- organising bid workshops
- document preparation
- team events
- team communications
- working within a common data environment such as Viewpoint 4Projects
