THE ROLE
An exciting new opportunity has become available for the position of Team Manager based in Segensworth.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Project Managing introduction and setup of satellite location. To include consideration for facility layout, logistics and systems requirements to maximise the potential of this facility.
  • Liaise with Maintenance colleagues and identify requirements and areas to support, to include consideration for critical component spares, specialist equipment and anything else identified in the planning.
  • Liaise with suppliers and arrange orders to maintain stock levels for all stored items.
  • Introduce a suitable audit process to monitor performance and accuracy of stock systems.
  • Once implemented, the manager role will adapt to the wider requirements of the Segensworth management team. This could include, but not limited to, support for LOLER inspection management, pressure management system support (Gascore and liaison with keysuppliers), team training coordination, supplier liaison and procurement contract management.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
The successful person should have a thorough understanding and experience in the management of plant and equipment, warehouse logistics and associated systems In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A good working knowledge of PUWER & LOLER.
  • Some project management experience or skills.
  • You will have good team leadership, organisational, diagnostic, and problemsolving skills, and be an effective communicator at all levels, within and beyond your own team.
  • A passion for managing change and willingness to innovate is important, together with the ability to influence those around you.
  • This position could involve regular travel, and therefore a full valid driving licence is required.
