Avanti Recruitment has partnered with a Guildford project-based research and development company that works across various industries.

We're looking for software engineers of all levels who come from any of the following backgrounds: electronics, firmware, or software, to join a highly academic, multi-skilled R+D team where you'll be working on various projects.

You'll constantly be exposedto unique engineering challenges & cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements:

1st class or 2:1 degree (BSc or MSc) from a top UK university,
Ability to obtain DV clearance
Experience with low-level or high-level programming languages such as C, C++, JavaScript, or VHDL.
Strong desire to learn new technologies
Strong problem-solving ability

Experience with multiple programming languages is advantageous
We're looking to hire urgently, so have negotiated a streamlined interview process of 2 stages.

This role is offering up to £75,000 depending on experience & skillset, 25 days holiday, 10% pension contribution, and more.

**This role will require ability to hold & maintain SC & DV clearance.
