Key Responsibilities:


  • Review and analyse salary data from previous surveys (2020/21)
  • Create a new survey using Typeform or similar online service.
  • Create and maintain a database of salary information and additional data
  • Use data visualization tools to create charts and graphs to visualize data in a visually appealing way
  • Write a report on salary data, including trends, disparities, and recommendations (Adobe Suite)
  • Assist in creating and distributing the report to external stakeholders, with an emphasis on making it easy to understand and engaging
  • Assist in any other research and data analysis projects as needed

Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with Excel and data visualization tools
  • Experience with Adobe Indesign and related software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Strong creative skills and ability to make the report visually appealing and easy to understand
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong interest in data analysis and research
