Calling all Disrepair Surveyors Here at Moxie, we have the opportunity for you to join one of the largest Social Housing organisations in South Wales.

We are looking for an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to help manage all disrepair claims and reduce the number of cases for a large stock of properties.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full process of a disrepair claim from the start including providing expert witness statements and preparing specifications for remedial works.
Reduce the number of disrepair claims and any costs associated.
Provide advice about reducing mould and damp to tenants and the association
Undertake surveys of vacant and occupied properties to identify defects leading to mould and disrepair.

Disrepair Surveyor Requirements

Previous experience with projectbased building, with good building pathology knowledge
Knowledge of all uptodate legislation, including Fit for Human Habitation
Budget management experience will be beneficial
Proven problemsolving skills
