Denholm Associates are delighted to be working in Partnership with a leading organisation within their field.

Although we are being vague about the industry, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Agile Software Delivery Lead to join a truly agileorganisation.

Working in partnership with the product owner, you will take responsibility for the people and processes involved in the delivery of software components of the change and technology portfolio.


The person coming into the role will ensure that their software delivery teams are setup to ensure earliest possible delivery of solutions which provide the desired outcomes, be they learning, revenue or other measures of value, as defined by the business.


What makes the company truly Agile is the focus on, within software development, continuous learning, development, coaching and flexibility within the organisation which makes this a great opportunity for an experience Scrum Master/Agile coach to join andsupport the other Delivery Leads.


Experience required:


  • Proven experience of leading software development teams
  • Proven experience of coaching and mentoring across the entire development team skillset
  • Strong communication skills in both technical and business domains
  • Facilitation of iterative and incremental software development in Lean and Agile environments
  • Proven commercial experience with a track record of delivering software developments with annual budgets of £500k and above
  • Proven experience of delivering software products using techniques including, but not limited to, Scrum and Kanban
  • Practical experience of structured prioritisation techniques such as MOSCOW, Cost of Delay
  • Experience of managing both internal and external stakeholders, including third party suppliers


For this, you'll receive a competitive salary (up to £70,000 DOE), 6% employer pension contribution, a discretionary bonus based on personal and company performance (averages at 10%), 30 days holiday + 6 bank holidays, option to buy and sell more holidays.


There office is based just outside of the city centre of Glasgow but the requirement to be in the office is once every 2-4 weeks on a needs basis.

The rest of the role can be based from home
