You will be joining a busy Finance Team within the Glasgow office to play a pivotal role in the functioning and success of this leading company.


Responsibilities within your new role


In your new role as Finance Administrator, you will take great pride in providing effective financial transactional processing, bank reconciliation, supporting the creation and monitoring of budgets and management of accounts, payroll and pension administration.

You will maintain all bookkeeping activities, assist with the annual audit and asses the company's financial health to identify any potential challenges, along with other financial ad-hoc tasks.


Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are keen to speak to individuals who have competent experience in bookkeeping, payroll processes and bank reconciliation processes. You should also be well-versed in using Sage and internet banking and possess excellent IT skills.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing your workload in order to meet deadlines is key to succeeding in this role.
