£30,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

Our client a dynamic and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors based in Chorley are currently looking to recruit a Client Accountant to join their team.

This role would suit and individual who is either Qualified by Experience (QBE) or ACCA/ACA Part -Qualified with previous experience within a practice accountancy environment (probably working in an accountancy practice now)

Responsibilities of the Client Accountant will include:

  • Preparation and finalisation of accounts for Limited Companies, Partnerships and LLPs
  • Managing own workload and assisting more junior accountants
  • Managing a portfolio of clients' accounts
  • Meeting clients face to face
  • Offer bespoke accountancy and taxation advice
  • The completion of yearend accounts, CT600, and Corporation Tax computations
  • Coordination and management of payroll, VAT, and administration duties

Essentials:

  • Practice experience
  • Able to maintain / build solid working relationships
  • Attention to detail
