Description

Training Administrator's role is vital to the performance of the training department, and the organisation as a whole, through the production of reliable data and smooth running of systems.


Role summary
To support all members of the Training Team with data and information collection.

You will be responsible for creating solid databases that are fit for purpose and reflect the needs of the organisation, including the development over time.


The role will also be vital in analysing data from the system and 'spotting' any potential training issues and reporting these concerns.


The role will mainly be office based, with the expectation that the role may involve visiting other sites and attending meetings as required.

working hours will be 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Looking after the endtoend process for the training department, including booking courses, venues and managing attendance.
  • Managing the training calendars for the trainers.
  • Inputting and maintaining training information on the relevant systems allowing for the provision of uptodate training matrices as needed.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for training provision.
  • To act as the first point of contact for all training queries
  • Working closely with managers to ensure full attendance, and that the companies training compliance levels are met.
  • Dealing with all general administration tasks for the department.
  • Liaising with any external training providers as and when required
  • Management of the submission of any expenses claims in relation to the provision of training.
  • Ensuring that any resources required are ordered promptly and available when needed.
  • Producing monthly reports to show, amongst other requirements, training compliance both as a company as a whole and as individual services.
  • Produce and issue training certificates and ensure that these are produced in a timely manner.
  • Managing and monitoring of invoices for payment
