Job Summary:
As a Senior HR Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for employee relations matters within your region. You'll handle diverse HR cases, from leaves of absence to performance improvement and investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and HR policies.
- Skilfully manage disciplinary actions, performance issues, grievances, and absences, consulting stakeholders and ensuring resolution. Conduct investigations, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Build strong relationships with HR functional teams to enhance HR service delivery and contribute to HR projects.
- Analyse trends, compile data, and create presentations to drive business insights.
- Cultural Promotion: Foster a positive employee relations culture by ensuring fairness in policies and procedures, offering training to employees and managers.
- Generate employee data reports, support audits, and collaborate with the HRIS team.
- Participate in new hire orientation, employee engagement activities, and conduct exit interviews.
- Assist with regional change programs, special projects, and manage a small client group.
Note:
Occasional domestic travel may be required.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Degree qualified.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification.
- Proven experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage investigations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
Desirable:
- Prior HRIS experience, preferably with Workday.
- Thrive in a fastpaced, changing environment.
- Experience supporting change programs.
