Vendor Education Sales Manager - Edu Technology Southern Coverage

MATS, HE, FE
Basic £50,000 - £58,000 plus£25,000 - £30,000 OTE, Car Allowance

MiGrowth are excited to add a New Edu Technology Vendor to our growing portfolio of Technology clients.


A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced, multi award-winning, market leading Educational Technology Company based in the UK, who have develops award winning classroom technology for the education sector.


Together we are looking for as Edu Technology Sales Manager who will be responsible for ensuring new and existing community of UK user schools within MATS, Primary, HE, FE are supported to maximise their use of the company's products and services.


As the new Sales Manager you will work cohesively with all parts of the organisation to support schools by delivering refresher training, new product and feature demonstrations, sharing best practise, demonstrations and lead generation of complimentary productsin the company portfolio.


What you will be doing
Manage a small team of 3 Internal Business Development Manager qualifying leads
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with education prospects
Effectively communicate the value proposition to schools to drive both continued order growth and increased engagement
Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Establish key contacts, relationships and connections across the wider education sector
Ensure Schools are aware of the latest features and benefits to drive account growth
Use internal CRM to log all activity and identify key opportunities


Who we are looking for:


  • A dynamic, proactive approach to working with schools, quickly addressing their needs, and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts through increased engagement and to identify upsell opportunities
  • Experience and network within the Education Industry is a must
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations
  • Forecasting precisely and identifying challenges to a positive commercial outcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
