Junior Personal Assistant

One of the largest private real estate companies are looking for a Junior PA to join the team at their stunning newly refurbished office in the West End.

This is an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and build theirskills as a PA.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Ensuring the smooth-running of Front-of-House services.
  • Supporting the Commercial Director & Team.
  • Supporting the Rentals Director & Team.
  • To assist the EA to the Chief Executive to ensure the smooth running of the Chief Executive's office.
  • Working effectively within the Admin team.
  • Providing administrative support to the Commercial Director

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • IT competent
  • MS packages and ability to manage schedules via an electronic booking system.
  • Time manage and prioritise on own initiative
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work well and communicate with others
  • Multitask
