Role Purpose
The Supply Chain First-Line Manager (FLM) will be responsible for providing support throughout the supply chain.

This role will include activities such as MDC support, DC Support including the Hub, Material management, sales, project support for data analysis,systems support, best practice roll out and self-audit compliance.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Act as cover for Managers/FLM throughout the Supply Chain.
Assist in training new starters within the Supply Chain.
Influencing Skills, performance management of the Team (inc. 121, HR procedures)
Complete MDC selfassessment audits through the calendar year and assist in DC audits.
Work alongside audit team to ensure standards are covered.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stake holders across BUK
Lead/complete project work in the DC and MDC network as required including data analysis, systems investigations and continuous improvement.
