Are you a experienced property manager looking for your next opportunity within Block Management ? Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside our client who are a well-established independent Block Management company based in North Bristol.

Due to continued success we are now looking for a property manager to join our clients experienced team. Previous block management is not essential however previous lettings or property management experience is needed. You will be joining a experienced teamwith full training provided in a supportive and welcoming environment.


Duties - Block Manager

  • Liaising with contractors to instruct reactive repairs on external and communal areas
  • Conducting regular site visits
  • Ensuring all compliance and Health & Safety processes are adhered to
  • Managing major works and issuing section 20 notices
  • Point of contact for clients within you portfolio

Block Manager - Skills

  • First class customer service skills
  • Highly organized
  • Previous block manager or lettings property management experience
  • Drivers licence and own transport

Block Manager Package
- £25,000 - £33,000 DOE

  • Monday
  • Friday 8:30am 4:30pm
  • Hybrid remote working 3 days per week work from home
  • On site parking
  • Funding towards IRPM qualification
