An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to undertake the role of Geographical Facilities Assistant currently based at Laindon

This interesting and varied role involves providing specialised facilities type duties, which will involve station/police house closures and Essex police personnel moves

The logistics aspects of the role involve the lifting and moving of items that may be bulky/heavy with the use of aids where appropriate.

What we are looking for:

Experience in practical maintenance and general repairs

Knowledge of Health and Safety and manual handling techniques in the workplace

Evidence of excellent communication skills

Hold a full UK driving licence

Successful applicants for this role will be defined as an; Office based Agile Worker - Office based agile working with designated team area.

Works predominantly (60% or more) in one office space. The rest of the time works at home or at other police site locations.
