A unique opportunity to help manage Luca's Kitchen in Dunfermline, Fife.

We are looking for waitings staff to join our team.

While previous experience would be highly desirable; your enthusiasm, drive and willingness to learn are the essential skills needed for this role.

We will support you with on-the-job training and personal development to help you enhance the other skills required to thrive in your role and progress.


Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve food/drinks.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Keep bar clean and always organised.
  • Stay customer focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
  • Availability to work shifts and busy seasonal periods.
Pay is dependent on experience and will be discussed at the interview stage.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
