Description

Specialist Group have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lorry driver to work within our transport and logistics department, delivering our products to site across Ireland and the UK.

Requirements:

Excellent driving skills and road safety knowledge
Clean driving licence preferred
HGV Class 2 essential
HGV Class 1 preferred
CPC qualified with digital techagraph card

Duties:

Daily coordination with the Logistics Manager
Provide assistance with manual handling of items, loading and unloading vehicles
Responsible for the safe handling of goods into buildings
Completion of delivery records
Some deliveries may require a weekend departure
Some deliveries to London and Europe involve periods away from home
