Working in partnership with a highly successful business based in Leeds (LS9) AQUMEN Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Customer Service Executive on their behalf.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role of Customer Service Executive plays a vital part to the company's continued success by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times whilst ensuring deliveryof excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.


  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing Company products inside and out so that questions can be answered accurately.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Management and responsibility for customer portfolios, dealing with all associated service management.
  • Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
  • May assist management in ensuring performance goals are met
  • Carry out projects and adhoc activities as determined by the Office Manager

Day to day duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently delivering a high level of quality and service
  • Builds and maintains business relationships with clients
  • Accurately recording information onto a live system
  • Handling customer queries/requests effectively with the support of clear information and processes
  • Administer changes to Client/Customer records in response to appropriately authorised requests
  • Processing/loading sales orders and estimates onto computer system
  • Ensuring ontime delivery of customer products
  • Stock management of finished goods


  • Stock management

  • WIP
  • Stock reports for customers
  • Releasing orders/confirmation of delivery dates
  • Deliveries management specifically arranging and scheduling of deliveries
  • Managing trials to completion
  • Addressing over makes with customers and warehouse
  • Dealing with samples request
  • Raw material monitoring for customers with stock films
  • Pricing (reestimating)
  • Forecasts for customers


The successful Customer Service Executive will have previous experience in a fast paced Customer Service environment and have good written and verbal communication skills.


You should be computer literate and be able to record data accurately using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook as well as bespoke packages used by the company.

In return you will receive a salary of £ £23000 depending on experience along with company benefits. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:45 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. and Friday 08:45 a.m. to 16:30 p.m.
