At Samson Security, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of such a diverse and demanding industry and one of the largest and most professional providers of security guarding services to the NHS, Housing Association and other clients.

Our clients and their service users are at the heart of our decision making and as one of our security officers you will be representing the company on the ground and in a front facing role to the client.

The working pattern is on a 4 on 4 off shift rotation days and night, 12hrs shift.

There is opportunity for additional hours over and above the basic shifts.

Essential criteria:

Capacity and calm confidence to deliver the services in pressured, often stressful, and difficult situations.
Familiar with and licensed or willing to undertake training in intruder alarm systems, radio communication skills, basic PC skills.
Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise your duties.
To work alone and as part of a team.
Able to work shifts over 24/7 period on shift rotation days and nights.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
To liaise with outside agencies when required.
Ability to maintain an accurate pocket notebook.
SIA door supervision license.
Enhanced DBS, fire safety and first aid certified.

Desirable criteria:

Experience in Conflict Management.
Understanding on Mental Capacity Act.

There will be plenty of opportunities for additional hours for anyone that may need extra hours occasionally.

This is a flexible contract and requires and shift pattern.

Salary:
£9.90 per hour

Shift availability:
