Description
We are looking for a Picker/packer to pack live cold water fish that they supply to the garden centre.


Hours:8am to 5pm, 8am to 6pm


Pay:
Starting from £10.42 per hour, paid every Friday.


Duties:


  • The boxes they buy the fish in have to be unloaded and put in their tanks the fish then have to be rested, and then packed the fish to order. Some of the boxes are quite heavy say 20Kgs.
  • You can learn how to pick the fish and pack the fish to the customers requirement, obviously dealing with a live animals, great care has to be used, along with a speedy packing rate.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in packing items.
  • Basic math skills for counting and sorting items.
  • Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move packages throughout the shift.

Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
