If you are looking to work in an environment where you will be able to quickly learn and develop your skill set, with career progression opportunities, we have a fantastic opening for a legal assistant (the position would suit an experienced paralegal) within our Family Department based in Telford.


As part of our progressive and forward thinking firm you will provide high level support enabling the team to operate at optimum efficiency.

The role will include liaising and corresponding with clients and contacts, drafting documents including court forms, witness statements and instructions and briefs to counsel and other legal documentation.


The post holder is expected to use a high degree of self management and initiative, maintaining a highly professional, efficient, confidential and friendly service ensuring quality service to clients is always achieved.

The role would suit someone who has worked in a busy and professional team orientated environment, and previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

You must be confident in the use of Microsoft Word and have the ability to work across a range of IT platforms.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy environment, have a good telephone manner, communication skills along with good organisational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy is essential for the role.
