THE ROLE
Learning how to successfully operate the companies machine driven processes
Delivering machine operation duties and undertaking production based labouring tasks such as machine loading
Working to daily targets
Abiding by strict levels of H&S
Hand balling
Visual inspection
Quality checking
Machine Loading
THE PERSON
There is no prior experience required for this role, as stated it is all about desire and attitude
However prior manufacturing experience could prove advantageous
THE PACKAGE
You will feel valued in this role and your skill set will continuously be developed. You will also be awarded pay increases to reflect your skill set. You will only ever work day shift and back shift never a night shift.
