About the role


We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to fill the position of Data Reporting Administrator within our Specialist Housing department.

This role is pivotal in providing efficient and confidential administrative support while focusing on meticulous data analysis and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working within Business Improvement and Safeguarding to facilitate administration and reporting tasks such as
  • Schedule and coordinate senior meetings, including minutetaking.
  • Compile and prepare comprehensive reports using excel, highlighting and analysing data trends.
  • Prepare presentations, and correspondence as required
  • Manage and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) quarterly.
  • Keep external websites updated with scheme and project details.
  • Handle departmental stationery orders.
  • Maintain membership and subscription registrations.
  • Provide support in tender processes, including document organisation and research.
  • Log and file highly confidential information.
  • Execute general administration duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Proven ability to work effectively and diligently in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience in monitoring performance measures to assess service progress against contracts and business plans.
  • Fluent in working with multiple systems and intermediate skills with Microsoft word
  • Effective networking, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of safeguarding principles, with a willingness to expand knowledge in this area.
