As experts in consumer-centric growth, our Usage Foods team and offers a unique opportunity to engage with our major clients and be part of a team who want to be at the heart of client decisions We believe that a 360° understanding of consumers creates more actionable recommendations and impact for our clients.

We unlock hard-to-reach insights, helping our client to bridge the gap between the fixture and the fork - getting underneath the where, what and why behind our out of home consumption.


We are looking for someone with a similar passion, who is excited about being part of a dynamic team working on a portfolio of major FMCG clients.

You'll be the day to day contact tasked with understanding your client's priorities, delivering insights and working with the team to upsell solutions that help our clients achieve their growth ambitions.

Growing and supporting your team is an important part of the role and you'll have the chance to mentor and develop the more junior members of the team.

Inspire Clients:

Act as the day to day contact on your accounts and set an example to the team by adding value to client relationships.


  • Account Management & Development: Learn from our senior team how to own and develop accounts. See how we work with these clients and get consumption data front and centre in their businesses, giving them the insights they need and build confidence that we are the right partner for their needs.
  • Revenue: You will have your own growth target and will be supported by the team in identifying opportunities and developing a pipeline. We will coach you in how to find, develop and close new leads through maintaining client relationships and getting to their key business questions.
  • Collaboration: Work in close conjunction with the other teams in our business to deliver the best service possible to your portfolio. Leverage our expertise to complement insights from other agencies to raise the level of insight that our projects deliver. Develop your understanding on a broader level with how our combined insights drive better outcomes for our clients.
  • Innovation: Opportunity to develop your consultancy skills; our data gives us a breadth and depth of understanding that is unique to our business. The nature of our services will allow you to support our clients with more strategic thinking and enrich their roles.
Capabilities and experience

  • Able to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, inspiring trust and confidence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations, and support others in doing so.
  • Good attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Willing to embrace, drive and suggest change.
  • Commercial & curious mindset with the ability to answer client's big questions and unafraid to have a point of view
  • Keen to develop knowledge and be seen as an expert, talking articulately about the industry and client challenges to connect with client needs
