The Client, who were established over 30 years ago, are a high end residential contractor based in South West London.

There work tends to be with private clients and project values tend to be £7m+. They have quite the reputation and are considered as a leading contractor for this type of work. They do both Residential and Commercial projects and pride themselves in not compromising on quality. They take an active role in raising the profile in the local community. They have a strong pipeline of work and have gone from strength to strength.


The Role
HLP Consulting have been tasked with recruiting a part time Aftercare Maintenance Coordinator to join the aftercare department.

The successful applicant will work alongside the existing coordinator and will be responsible for providing planned and reactive maintenance in line with contract agreements.

This would suit someone that needs the flexibility in working hours or someone that is looking to return back to work.


Duties

  • Organise defect works on behalf of the client on completed projects.
  • Liaise with the aftercare maintenance team to ensure defects are completed within SLA agreements.
  • Manage the diaries of the Customer Care Operatives.
  • Send out orders for all works and maintenance.
  • Order materials and plant.
  • Take inbound and outbound calls and manage the aftersales inbox regarding defects.

Must have

  • Relevant experience working in construction in a similar role.

Benefits

  • Flexible working (3 days a week or 21 hours spread over the week)
- £15 to £17phr
