This role is key to the delivery of a high-quality Asset Management contracts for approximately 6000 properties in the Norris Green, Croxteth & Fazakerley area of Merseyside.

Leading a team of Asset Surveyors, you must have a track record of providing effectivecontract management, service delivery leadership and organise the workload and deployment of resources.

Effective contract management skills and vast experience of managing external contractors. Key performance setting and steering, along with performancemanagement target setting.

The closing date for the position of Contracts Manager will be Sunday 26th February 2023.
