They are now looking to recruit an excellent Project Leader to join their team for a period of months.

The Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Development Manager, the Manufacturing Project Leader will be responsible for co-ordinating plant investments for an overseas plant.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Management of the project, including budget, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance.
Serving as the project leader responsible for the safe and quality delivery of new machinery, Commissioning and Startup activities of the project, including the development of an Execution Plan and Project Schedule, cost management and forecasting.
Managing project change orders, scope changes and progress.
Coordinates and leads Project Review Meetings
Deliver effective communication to all internal and external customers.

You
You will have experience leading projects within a manufacturing environment, with specific knowledge of machinery and equipment investment.

In addition, you should have knowledge of and experience in:

Commercial understanding and demonstrable experience in managing and reporting on a significant project budget.
Management experience of delivering multiple projects simultaneously (project values from £2,000,000 +) and understand profit & loss at a project level.
Ability to motivate and mentor others
Willing to travel worldwide
