Danny's Event Catering is recruiting for an experienced part-time Catering Supervisor who will work in conjunction with the Senior Management Team.

We are predominantly a mobile catering & bar operator and have been established since the 1970s and have subsequently grown into one of the largest operators in our industry.

Covering the whole of Scotland with a portfolio of over 20 brands & a large, diverse client base which includes venues such as Hampden Park, Hamilton Park Racecourse, Knockhill Racing Circuit & many more.

This hands-on role will be dynamic with the expectation that you can wear 'many hats' in said role.

You will be expected to be adaptable to any given situation - one day you could be working in and managing a single outlet & the next day you could be responsible for the management of up to 10 outlets.

You will be expected to spend most of the working week on the floor in a public facing capacity at an operational level.

Requirements;

3 years catering experience is required to be considered for this role.
They should have a clear understanding of the cooking, preparation and serving of food with an indepth understanding of all relevant legislation.
Previous experience in the management of people is essential.

Full support and business specific training will be provided to the successful applicant.
