Harvey, Donaldson and Gibson are one of Scotland's largest residential property surveying firms, helping thousands of customers annually by surveying and valuing their homes.

The Role:

Receiving and inputting survey and or retrofit instructions from varying client base
Providing support to Surveyors by arranging daytoday diaries and appointments
Provide support to regional office network
Dealing with incoming phone enquiries from customers and making outgoing calls to customers

Who we are looking for:

You will have worked in a busy, fast paced office environment where there has been a need to be organised and constantly multitasking
You will have worked in an office where teamwork has been required and communication with offsite staff has been regularly required.
Ability to thrive and enjoy working in a high performing, customer centric environment
You will have been in a role that has required constant customer interaction
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office software and will also have had an aptitude to learn new systems
