About our client
We are working with a leading and innovative European fund manager specialising in private debt and real estate.

Their Client and Product Solutions team is seeking to add a technically minded Associate or Senior Associate to their London office.

What the job involves

As a key member of this growing team, you will be responsible for project managing fundraising efforts across all product lines and finding solutions to complex client queries.

Contributing to the development of due diligence and fundraising materials such as DDQs, RFPs and PPMs
Assisting with capital calls, case studies, pitchbooks and carrying out bespoke investor quarterly reporting
Managing inbound client queries and supporting DDQ requests
Generating content for key investorrelated events such as the AGM and LP Advisory Committee
Partnering with the marketing, operations, legal and investment teams to develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and performance metrics

Who we are looking for:

Strong academic background with prior experience in client services within asset management or private markets fund manager/ placement agent. Experience in investment banking or accounting will also be considered
Prior exposure to RFP and DDQ drafting is desired
Understanding of private markets strategies and fundraising processes
Good financial acumen able to disseminate complex data and information into investor friendly content
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Highly organised with excellent project management skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
