_£50,000 - £65,000 - Bid Manager - Surrey - Hybrid, up to 70% home working - Open to sector_

I have a Civil engineering company with over 50 years' experience looking for a Bid Manager to come in and be part of the team and then help build the work winning function. They provide specialist energy and communications services to regulated markets,particularly the rail sector. Following a management buyout, the reenergised company is setting out a new fiveyear growth strategy, more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative than ever before._

- _Experience in managing a team (any size)_

- _Business and commercial awareness_
- _Experience of working in a high-pressure environment and meeting deadlines. _
- _A clear understanding of how to match all client and project requirements_
- _The ability to manage multiple agendas at the same time._
