Description

Working as a team member, under the direction and delegation of the SPHPs (HV) the role will concentrate on the completion of early years developmental reviews, which will be a large part of this role, alongside the other significant element of the role, education and support, both telephone and face to face, for breast feeding mothers.

You will work under the direction of the SPHPs (health visitor) to manage your workload, reporting or escalating any concerns or anomalies in a timely manner.

You will have extensive training in early years child development, breast feeding and safeguarding, from time to time you may be called upon to support other colleagues within their role, eg.

delivery of National Child Measurement Programme annually.
