Harper Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading Financial Services company to find an experienced Client Relationship Advisor.

Based in the Nottingham office, you'll support a team of financial advisors in a dynamic environment, handling client interactions and managing day-to-day servicing requests.

This role is based at the Nottingham office
- after an initial training period a hybrid model of working will be implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist advisers in various business areas for a seamless client journey
Schedule adviser diaries for reviews and inquiries to maximise departmental income
Work closely with the Manager on a variety of projects
Work with advisers and back office to ensure quick and compliant processing
Resolve service issues, challenges, and complaints efficiently
Support new business opportunities by engaging with advisers and colleagues

Key Requirements:

Experience of working in a customer facing or admin role is essential
Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential
Ability to thrive under pressure and think creatively
Independent and team player with strong organisational skills

This role is suitable for experienced individuals confident in Excel or those aspiring to become financial advisors.
