Administrator - Armagh - Hybrid Working
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry
- Maintain a high standard of quality in all tasks
- Update systems with clear and concise information
- Completing inbound and outbound calls
- Process customer related tasks
Requirements:
- Strong literacy skills in English
- Technically capable of working across multiple IT systems (Office 36
- Microsoft package)
- Resilient with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Pattern:
- Hybrid working (initially officebased until training is completed, then working from home on an rota basis)
- Monday to Saturday (5 days)
- Shift rota: 0930 to 1700, or 1200 to 2000
