Administrator - Armagh - Hybrid Working

Responsibilities:


  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry
  • Maintain a high standard of quality in all tasks
  • Update systems with clear and concise information
  • Completing inbound and outbound calls
  • Process customer related tasks

Requirements:


  • Strong literacy skills in English
  • Technically capable of working across multiple IT systems (Office 36
  • Microsoft package)
  • Resilient with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Pattern:


  • Hybrid working (initially officebased until training is completed, then working from home on an rota basis)
  • Monday to Saturday (5 days)
  • Shift rota: 0930 to 1700, or 1200 to 2000
Full training will be provided, and previous experience is not essential, although desirable.
