Description
Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our client a local manufacturer in Melksham who are seeking a an administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
This is a crucial role within the business where you will utilise your administrative experience in supporting the design and develop team with administrative tasks.
Key Duties:
- Raising of purchase orders accurately both externally and internally.
- Liaising with suppliers, monitoring material usage and stock levels on a regular basis.
- Managing quotations from suppliers, including monitoring and updating materials which are being developed.
- Managing documentation but ensuring everything is updated on the system and teams are up to date with information.
- Working closely with all teams to ensure information packages are up to date across all departments.
- Other general administrative tasks where required.
You will have previous administrative experience, along with being numerical minded and having a good eye for detail and having technical experience would be an advantage.
