Specialist Paediatric Dietitian-Band 7

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of the Dietetics service at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust for a Specialist Paediatric Dietitian.

The CHS Dietetics provides service for acute, community, paediatrics and LD services.

We friendly, forward thinking team of 14 dietitians and 2 dietetic assistants and admin support, committed to providing high quality effective care.

This post offers the ideal opportunity to work within a small team of paediatric dietitians.

The post is based in the community but will have strong connections and working relationships with the hospital paediatric team,LD service and the dietetics team.

We have a strong student training programme, and the paediatric dietitians provide much needed placement experience to our student dietitians.

As a band 7 Dietitian you will undertake audits, service improvement & review/develop nutrition and dietetic policies for paediatrics and as identified relevant to your role by the clinical and operational lead for dietetics.

As a specialist paediatric dietitian, you will be encouraged to play an active role in the Trust's Nutrition Task Force.
