A national IFA is looking to recruit a locum Supervising Social Worker to supervise a group of carers.


This is one of the largest National Fostering Groups that have over 3,000 foster carers already part of the family.

Many foster carers have been with the agency for very long time, being very satisfied, which will make your social work role easier and makeyou happier at work.


The IFA works with a fantastic strategy where children come first and mental well-being of carers and staff is very cared for.

They use unique model to work with families as a whole and have very strong support in place for not only carers and children butalso social workers.

Requirements:

- a few years of post qualifying experience in children social work
- experience supervising foster carers is preferred
