We are working a school based in
Hornsey,
North London that is looking for an
enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with an
Elklan qualification.

The role:

Hold an
Elklan Qualification:
Experience of working with children with SEN and in particular speech and language
Be able to work with individuals or small groups of children under the direction of the teaching staff
Assist the teacher with the development and implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour/Support/Mentoring plans
Challenge and motivate pupils, promote, and reinforce selfesteem
Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress, achievement, behaviour, attendance, etc

To qualify for this post, you must hold a relevant qualification with at least three months experience in the last two years.
