Today Oner Active is now generating £50m annual revenue and we're now in a position to create a new operational board, where this role will sit.

This role will work closely with our senior leadership team and creative director Krissy Cela to achieve the revenues of £500m in 3-5 years.


Alongside being part of the senior leadership team, building and elevating our culture there, you will be responsible for building a market leading commercial strategy and tactical plan for Oner Active, and have the necessary skills to deliver this whilst building your team.

You'll own demand creation in both paid media, customer relationship management and ecommerce trading (CRO) for Oner Active, so you'll have incredible autonomy to control your sales channel and growth.

In terms of Visual Merchandising of our eCommerce, you'll obsess about increasing net revenues, average order size and value and of course, cost per acquisition, customer lifetime value, customer satisfaction, conversion rate of traffic to customers and customer experience through intimate knowledge and process of reducing exits/bounces from the store.

You'll work closely with our Founder / Creative director, (new) Chief Product Officer and Senior leadership team to formulate a demand plan with the right product to hit the store at the right time, satisfying and allowing the demand you generate.

  • Own Marketing: develop function to market leading activity with Paid Media <> CRM working in harmony to amplify Oner Active's incredible Product / Brand story, with good attribution model and deep understand of c

  • Lead Paid Media (acquisition) team to align on activity, you need them to deliver high volume of high quality traffic to hit your objectives, working closely with our CPO / Founder to find the art (brand) and science (marketing) harmony;
  • Lead all Customer Retention tactics and deliver best practice in eCRM, Segmentation, Customer Insight, Loyalty / VIP, community programmes and other emerging channels that unlock material growth in 2023 and beyond;
  • Researching and analysing market trends, consumer demographics, consumer insights, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  • Set, monitor CaC/CPA and LTV by customer segment to deliver 'profitable' retention activity for Oner Active and establish KPIs for yourself/your team to work against;
  • Building on existing personas, continue to share more and better customer insight than our peer group / competitors; make Oner Active famous within the active apparel category for being the best at Paid Media & CRM;
  • Own Trading: develop function build out the additional international store fronts (clones) and/or deeper product category manage, visual merchandising and conversion rate optimisation;
  • Own the net revenue, average order size, value, conversion rate for Oner Active;
  • Own all visual merchandising of Oner Active from products to signposting and engaging content that makes curious first time visitors return or generates a sale today;
