One property recruitment is looking for a Senior Tenancy Admin in the build to rent sector.

The nature of of a"build to rent" community means that you will most likely continue to know the tenants throughout each lease.

This role will also include renewing current leases and finding new tenants for the block on occasion.

It is likely that you will have an ongoing relationship with many of the residents and this is essential as keeping the tenants in their homes long term is an enormous incentive to join build to rent for the residents.

The core duties of the role will consist of

Keeping all paperwork and legal documents up to date for both new and ongoing tenancies.
Doing Right to Rent Checks
Responding quickly and politely to any and all queries that come from the prospective tenants
Ensuring all references and certificates are ready for the start of each new tenancy.
Maintaining a high standard of service throughout each tenancy to ensure as much retention as possible.

This position will be most suited to someone who organises their time effectively whilst maintaining a can do, positive attitude.

We ideally need someone that is consistent with excellent face to face manner. Preferably someone with experience in a customer facing role and the relative admin experience.

I am looking for someone with the following attributes:

Someone who is capable of self and time management
A can do attitude
Experience in customer facing roles
A minimum of a years experience in Lettings
