Become a Behavioural Detection Officer at our client site based in East London. The site is a modern museum where children, families and people and can come play and design.

Being a Behavioural Detection Officer you will be responsible for the safety of all visitors in the public and private areas of the museum, manage the response to any fire alarm activations and any security incidents.

Main Responsibilities

Lift entrapments
Work closely with the floor manager and site lead
Escalate any direct threats to the response team
High level customer service
Be vigilant for any suspicious activity

Excellent customer service skills

SIA licence

DS & First Aid
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to act and think quickly in an emergency

Full Time , 4 on, 2 off am pm
