Responsibilities
:
Manage customer enquiries
Quote and place orders in a timely and accurate manner
Take payments for orders
Register new customers
Send communications to customers
Run regular reports to collate and send to clients
Handle consumer queries, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
Help prepare marketing materials and the social media posts
Use various internal systems
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure

Able to come up with ideas for improvement and development

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week with a salary of up to £24,000.
