Location:
Addlestone, Surrey


Salary & Benefits :
£22,000 + bonus potential


Hours: 8.30am -5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Do you have a good mix of administration and customer services skills? My client areexpanding their Customer Support Team and are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Your responsibilities.

  • Ensuring you provide excellent customer service you will provide information, guide through payment plans and handle appeals and complaints, handling all associated administration.
  • You will be required to effectively handle customer queries within the timelines set out by the business
  • Managing complaints effectively and escalating where necessary
  • Working to daily targets / KPIs

About you:

  • You will have a good mix of administration and customer services skills
  • Confident, with clear communication skills and an aptitude for learning and retaining information
  • You are keen to work in a supportive closeknit team
