**Fixed Term Contract until 31 May 2026 | £34,834 to £36,648 per annum (Scale I) | 37 hours per week | Norwich
Do you have a passion for developing people? Do you have expertise in the creation of innovative learning and workforce development solutions? Can you utilise a combination of training delivery methods to drive the best engagement and outcomes?


We are looking for two full-time workforce development advisers to create and deliver learning content and organisational development activities for managers and leaders throughout our organisation.

You will be responsible for the planning, designing, creation and evaluation of a range of learning and development solutions as part of our management and leadership development programmes.

You will need a good understanding of developing accessible digital content and delivering effective training.

The ability to use digital content development software at an advanced level would be invaluable, so you can quickly integrate into our friendly team.


You will:

  • Be innovative when developing and creating digital content and virtual learning solutions.
  • Have initiative and clear ownership for your deliverables so you require mínimal supervision.
  • Have demonstrable firstclass knowledge and experience of learning methods and how they can effectively be applied at scale across a large organisation.
  • Be proactive, and actively able to anticipate existing and future needs of the business.
  • Be a strong and visible communicator that can build a reputation as a trusted adviser to HR and the business.
  • Be curious and analytical when it comes to assessing how we continuously improve our services. Be collaborative and willing at the same time to challenge the status quo.
