Are you an experienced and qualified SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Look no further The Supply Room is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join a team as a SEN TA in Derby City Centre.

Job Details:

Year Group: KS2, KS3, KS4
Location: Derby City Centre
Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare, SEN qualifications
Experience: 3 years experience in a similar role
Pay Rate: £81.76+
Permanent or Contract: Fulltime temporary
Other: Good public transport

As a SEN TA, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and support them throughout their educational journey.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Providing support to students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering individualized learning programs
Implementing strategies to support students' social, emotional, and academic development
Monitoring and tracking student progress, and providing feedback to the class teacher
Collaborating with other professionals, such as therapists and educational psychologists, to support students' specific needs
Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

To be considered for this role, you must have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and relevant SEN qualifications.

Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably working with students in KS2, KS3, or KS4.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer competitive pay rates starting from £81.76 per day.
