The Ørsted Global Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential and give you the unique opportunity of a fast-tracked career in Ørsted.

The Graduate journey

Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you'll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.


You'll play an important role in:

  • analysing government policies and regulations while working with business and project teams to develop our advocacy positions on offshore wind, hydrogen, and corporate affairs
- supporting our engagement with key external stakeholders incl. government officials, ministers, members of parliament, and think tanks
- supporting our project teams engage with local communities
- identifying opportunities to raise awareness of our organisation in the UK and to extend our external influence nationally and locally.


To succeed in this role, you:

  • have a bachelor's or master's degree from before 1 September 2023 and have an interest in working in public affairs, policy formation, and stakeholder relations
- can see issues from different perspectives and are able to understand someone else's point of view, experience, and beliefs
- have attention to detail and can communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- are interested in the political or energy policy landscape in the UK
- are interested in working with commercial teams.
