This is a new opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller with 2-3 years experience to join a facilities support group on a full time, permanent basis.

Client Details

My client are a facilities support group who provide a range of solutions such as electricians, engineers and plumbers to their clients.

They support many reputable property management groups such as Savills and Knight Frank.

They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their small Accouts Team based in Chancery Lane.

Description

Liaising with operational staff to manage WIP, invoicing and retentions.
Issuing monthly statements of accounts to all clients.
Creating and upholding payment procedures and policies that ensure timely payment.
Ensuring that all invoices & credit notes are raised, posted, and reconciled
Responding to customer/client queries.
Keeping customer retention levels high.
Providing administrative support to finance team
Managing a large ledger
Stakeholder Management
Generating reports on excel
Allocating of cash
Data entry of all financial information onto Sage
Other adhoc tasks as requested

Profile

The drive and motivation to progress and develop within a role
Be an enthusiastic, targetdriven individual with a passion for recovering debt whilst maintaining strong business relationships.
Have excellent communications skills (written & verbal).
Have a track record of excelling in a credit control role.
Ideally have a working knowledge of Sage.

Job Offer

Salary £30,000 £35,000
Permanent (Office Based)
20 days holiday + bank holidays (after 3 years employment, this will increase with an addition 2 days, and then per year thereafter, up to a maximum of 25 day Plus bank Holidays)
